On the 7th Day, I’m planning a Zoom Gathering where we can light our candle together and share our intentions with one another.

Commitment is key. Not going to lie, one of the major things I learned about myself during my last 7-day gaze is how challenging it can be to hold a commitment to myself (more on this in an upcoming newsletter). It can be easy to have the desire to skip a day or two, or three if you don't set candle gazing a top priority for the day.

Some of you may know the Frederick-famous @permacultureninja, Michael Judd. This is his 5th annual celebration of Maryland’s largest Native American fruit, the paw paw! Come by to explore all you can do with this magical fruit (including tastings, ice cream, and jam making)! I’ll be set up to create personalized tea blends on the spot + delicious pre-made seasonal blends (Soul Chai and Keep Your Cool) on the ready for grab and go!
